I approached the canvas with a fascination for the subtle, dynamic interactions of liquid drops – each acting as a metaphor for the fluidity of our thoughts. This piece is part of my “Drops” series, where I investigate how these droplets, suspended or merging, reflect the shifting landscapes within our minds. The interplay of color and form is intended to evoke a sense of movement and change, suggesting that intelligence is not merely a matter of knowledge, but rather our ability to adapt and transform. Through layering textures and blending hues, I wanted the viewer to feel the tension and harmony between adaptation and stability. Ultimately, this painting invites contemplation of whether our mental flexibility – like the unpredictable path of a falling drop – is at the heart of what makes us truly intelligent.
