This piece in ink on paper, my intention was to freeze a fleeting, intimate moment – much like a snapshot – where tenderness and sensuality fill the space between two bodies. The figures, male and female, are entwined in a way that speaks to both longing and connection. The composition is deliberate: the male figure dominates the foreground, his strength visually apparent as he lies atop, asserting his physical presence. Yet, there is a subtle vulnerability in the way only the female’s knee is revealed, quietly receiving his weight and energy. Through this interplay of forms, I wanted to explore the tension between vulnerability and strength, capturing the essence of how desire and gentleness coexist in a single, evocative embrace.
