This drawing, part of the ongoing e-motion series begun in 2024, depicts the essence of contemporary urban life. It portrays corporate workers immersed in their daily routines, each one seemingly in search of elusive connections. The figures are depicted moving in opposite directions, emphasizing a pervasive sense of disconnection and lack of unity within modern society. As the individuals drift apart, they appear emotionally distant and almost fade into the crowd, their presence becoming anonymous and absent. Through this composition, the artwork highlights the isolation and lack of genuine communication that often characterize life in today’s bustling city environments.
